Confidence, communication and careers for young people.
Get In is an interactive workshop programme designed to help young people build confidence, communicate ideas clearly and feel more prepared for the world beyond education. Through storytelling, discussion, movement-based activities and practical communication exercises, students are encouraged to explore their strengths, develop self-belief and participate with greater confidence.
Delivered by Bailey&Reilly founder and qualified journalist Kate James, sessions combine real-world industry insight with creative, aspirational learning that feels engaging, accessible and empowering.
Workshops align with Gatsby Benchmarks, PSHE and careers learning outcomes, supporting schools to deliver meaningful enrichment rooted in communication, courage and personal development. Sessions are designed to support a wide range of confidence levels, learning styles and future aspirations.
Why Get In Exists
Get In exists because we believe confidence, encouragement and access to opportunity can fundamentally shape a young personβs future.
The world of work is changing rapidly, and young people are growing up in a landscape where careers are no longer always linear, predictable or clearly defined. Alongside academic knowledge, young people increasingly benefit from strong communication skills, resilience, curiosity and the confidence to recognise opportunities, adapt to change and continue growing through new experiences.
Get In was created to support young people in developing those skills through practical communication experiences, real-world insight and honest conversations about careers, confidence and personal growth.
