Get In is an interactive workshop programme helping young people build confidence, communicate clearly and feel more prepared for life beyond education. Through storytelling, discussion, movement and practical communication exercises, students explore their strengths, develop self-belief and learn to participate with greater confidence.
Led by qualified journalist and Bailey&Reilly founder Kate James, sessions combine real-world industry insight with creative, aspirational learning. Workshops align with Gatsby Benchmarks, PSHE and careers learning outcomes, supporting meaningful enrichment around communication, personal development and employability.

Who it’s for
Get In is designed for young people aged 14–25 across secondary schools, sixth forms, colleges and youth or community settings, with sessions adaptable for Year 10 through to Year 13 learners and wider youth engagement programmes. Workshops support Gatsby Benchmark careers learning outcomes while encouraging confidence, communication, participation and personal development in a way that feels engaging, practical and accessible.
Influenced by inclusive engagement approaches developed through NDTi practice, sessions are designed to support a wide range of communication styles, confidence levels and learning needs.
